How it works

Search your business & select from the drop-down

When you click to select your business the tool automatically searches your reviews.
*If you are a service area business (SAB), type your business name, hit enter, then fill in your location and business category to get your review results.

Get your Google Review Score

The Google Review Score helps you see how well your GMB listing is doing from a review standpoint in comparison with local competition in the same business category. This metric is dependent on four factors: locality, business category, overall rating, and the total number of reviews your business profile has.

You can complete 3 searches per day to check any business’s reviews and ratings across the web.

You get 5 Recalculations per day. See how your business stacks up across different categories by recalculating your Google Review Score. Simply click Recalculate and manually enter a different category (by default the tool uses the Primary category associated with your Google My Business listing).

To calculate the Google Review Score, we take into account your location, the category your business is listed in, your listing’s overall rating, and the total number of reviews your business has compared to the competition.

If you are a Service Area Business (SAB), then to get your results you will need to manually enter your business information.

  1. Type your Business Name
  2. Hit Enter
  3. Add Your Location & Primary Category
  4. Click Confirm
