No, businesses with addresses at virtual offices or P.O. Boxes are ineligible for Google Business Profiles.

In some cases, a business may struggle with the scenario of their address not having a street number or Google being unable to find it. Rather than deciding you must have a P.O. Box or should use a virtual office, follow the Drop a pin instructions to try to add your location to the map.
