The Action drop-down within the Success Report allows you to reply to Google reviews directly from Reputation Builder.

  • Great article. I agree 100%. Reviews are so critical to most businesses and yet totally ignored by most. The ability to respond can also be improved via the Google My Business App on your smartphone. My clients are getting customers who walk in and say “I am hiring you because you are a great company and I know that because of your great Google reviews”. Replying to them is engaging and great for SEO on GMB.
